Question #2

Hi, everybody. This post is following up on the Vendor Advisory Committee meeting from yesterday. A summary is above in the post accompanying question #1. The question here is, what parts of the existing VAC meeting should be condensed, moved to a subcommittee or eliminated?

I would suggest that the vast majority of system information such as legislation can be provided in paper before the meeting.

I have to agree. I believe that some of the information can be distributed to members via paper or this weblog outside of the meeting, allowing more time to discuss and create action items in order to make the VAC a more proactive committee.
