3. Vendors are required to give notice when terminating services with consumers; however, ELARC Staff/Consumer are not required to give Vendors notice when client wants to discontinue services; this causes agency/staff hardships; Can the Board consider that both parties prior notification?

4. Healthcare professionals are not aware of 1) services provided by Regional Centers and 2) providers like us for the consumers

Public Awareness to show in a positive light that our consumers can integrate successfully in the community. Expanding and sharing information to consumers

5. Allowing programs (such as Speech Enrichment program) to have one licensed professionals (OT or SLP) supervising trained professionals to cover more people; Adaptive Skills training. Using available resources for clinical services. Licensed vs. certified staff and supervision.

6. Normalization principles dominate now.
Programs are geared toward group activities
Parents want inclusion and day programs
CAC members/consumers need to come to meetings
